Human Resource Management (MHR)
This option prepares human resource professionals as well as others interested in human capital management with the knowledge and skills necessary to systematically manage people and processes to achieve organizational objectives and drive organizational performance. Students learn to apply and translate their broad business acumen to HR solutions in support of an organization’s mission and strategy.
Students develop knowledge and skills to effectively manage people and systems in areas such as compensation, benefits, recruiting and talent management and develop themselves for careers in human resource management.
