Major: Management Consulting & Analytics

Company and Position: I talked to Baker Tilly at Business Horizons in the fall of 2022. My job title is Government Contracting Solutions Consultant to work with corporate clients to ensure contracts abide by government regulations.

Internship Location: My job is located in Tysons, Virginia and I'm excited to go to NOVA as someone from out of state and experience all that it has to offer!

Recruitment Process: Baker Tilly made it very personable and fast-paced, as the total recruitment process was over a month, with both in-person and Zoom interviews. 

Advice: Be flexible and open to feedback, as personal growth is more important than intellectual growth. 

Recommended Student: I would recommend Accounting and Management students to apply to this job if they enjoy working with data and catering to the needs of your clients.

Favorite Part of Pamplin: I have loved getting to know everyone within my major over the past four years and making meaningful relationships with both my peers and professors in Pamplin.
