MPACT, the Department of Management Peer-to-Peer Mentorship Program

Launching Fall 2025

Empowering Students Through Mentorship

MPACT is a dynamic new initiative designed to cultivate leadership, connection, and personal student growth within the Department of Management. The program creates a multi-year pathway for peer-to-peer mentorship. Students enroll as mentees during their freshman, sophomore or newly transferred junior year, and only Management Department majors or Business Undeclared major students are eligible to be mentees. All training is virtual, and all meetings are mutually scheduled by students and are student-driven in design and format (in-person or virtual). Mentors, who are Juniors and Seniors and Management Department majors, support mentees in navigating academic and pre-professional life. This is a FREE program for mentees and is a paid student employee position for mentors.
