Graduation Year: 2025

Majors: Management Consulting & Analytics (MCA) and Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Technology (EIT)

Company and Position: I interned this past summer with Lockheed Martin as a Program Support Intern. It’s a company I’ve always admired and has a location close to home, so I took the initiative to apply and network internally. I’m currently still in touch with the team and working on securing a full-time position after graduation.

Internship Location: Most likely in Northern Virginia, though the final assignment is still to be confirmed.

Recruitment Process: The recruitment cycle has been a little slower this year, but thanks to the strong network I built during my internship, I’ve been able to stay in the loop through referrals and internal updates.

Looking Forward To: I’m really excited to step into a full-time role and start figuring out how I can grow and advance. Ideally, I’d love to start on Lockheed Martin’s Corporate Enterprise Digital Transformation Team and eventually work my way into a business development role where I can engage with new customers and help solve complex challenges.

Advice: Don’t be afraid to talk about what interests you, even if you’re not exactly sure what the path looks like. Being open about your goals can lead to unexpected conversations and opportunities.

Recommended Student: Someone outgoing, but also someone who pays close attention to detail. You’ll often find yourself working across teams or preparing materials for clients, so being both people-oriented and precise is a must.

Favorite Part of Pamplin: The professors. I truly believe that many of them genuinely care about our success after graduation—not just in the classroom. When they say “stay in touch,” they mean it.

Mentor or Inspiration: Professor Dave Townsend and Professor Ron Poff have both been incredibly impactful during my senior year. They made a clear effort to invest in me and the students around me, and their mentorship has made a lasting impression.

Foundational Experiences: My internship was a major step, but also my time on MABS (Management Advisory Board of Students) and the Tech Fellows Fellowship shaped my professional growth. Through Tech Fellows, I worked on real-world projects with sponsors like Boeing, which gave me hands-on experience interacting with industry professionals and applying what I’ve learned in a practical setting.
