What is the Pamplin Leadership Development Conference?

It is a one day conference aimed to connect student leaders and top employers. Throughout the day, there are workshops hosted by the companies, networking during meal time, and an inspiring keynote speaker.

The Development Team is led by our own management professor Dr. Kimberly Carlson. The conference included various speakers and leaders from Virginia Tech including our own Department Head, Dr. Devi Gnyawali, the Dean of Pamplin, Dr. Robert Sumichrast and other industry leaders as well.

It was another successful conference that was organized and led by our student leaders who exceeded expectations once again.
