Brock Congleton

A Virginia native, currently residing in Richmond, Brock is a 2014 Virginia Tech graduate from the Pamplin College of Business with B.S. in Management and a focus in Human Resources. He is currently pursuing his Master of Human Resource Management at the University of Richmond with expectations to finish in mid-2023. During his time at Virginia Tech he was actively involved in his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon! 

After graduating from Virginia Tech, he spent 2014 to 2020 in the hospitality management field, working both for his family restaurant, Rivers Bend Grill, and Topgolf. Since leaving the hospitality field he has spent the last year in sales focused roles working previously for Carmax and currently for Summit Human Capital. In his current role he is a Professional Technical Recruiter helping to identify, source, and place top-tier IT industry candidates in a variety of roles. He has a passion for helping those around him become the best versions of themselves.
