Marshall Fleming graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelors of science in Political Science and Government. From 1988 to 2001, Marshall was president of Welton, Duke & Hawks Inc. He served as the COO of Bankers Insurance LLC from 2003 to 2005. Since 2005, he has been the president and CEO of Bankers Insurance.
