BIOGRAPHY

Ye Jin is a doctoral student in Management at the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech, beginning in Fall 2023. Her research interests are centered around creativity, behavioral ethics, and unethical leadership. Prior to starting her Ph.D., she attained an M.S. in Business Analytics from Temple University, as well as an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Southeast University (China). Furthermore, she holds a B.S. in Logistics Management from Soochow University (China).
