Biography

Elham Asgari is a doctoral candidate at Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business. Her research focuses on the intersection between innovation and strategy, particularly the role of key decision-makers, the impact of star performers, and relationship between scientific knowledge and commercializable technologies. Her work has been published in Journal of Management, Entrepreneurship: Theory and Practice, and Frontiers of Entrepreneurship Research.
