Quan Jiang is pursuing his Ph.D. in Management at Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business. His research interests span two areas: the application of natural language processing to personnel assessment and selection, and human-AI collaboration in organizations. He received his HBSc in Psychology from the University of Toronto in 2024.
