Martin Rexroad

Martin has over 35 years of HR and business experience in the life sciences, financial services, consumer packaged goods, and textile industries.  Throughout his career he has studied the best of business and HR, experimenting with new solutions, building businesses, and developing individuals and organizations.  Martin has been the Head of HR in 3 biotechs and is currently serving as a HR Consultant at a 4th biotech which is experiencing accelerated growth after a recent drug approval.  

Martin is a double graduate of the Pamplin College of Business Management Department earning a BS in Management in 1984 and a MS in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources and Labor Relations in 1988.  He gives the Management Department credit for developing and preparing him for his successful career and is looking forward to supporting the Department in preparing the next generation of business leaders.
