Lido Ramadan is the Founder and CEO of Aminad, an award-winning management consulting firm serving the federal government. Since founding Aminad in 2019, Lido has led the firm's growth and development of a people-first culture that has earned recognition for both its growth and as a top values-based workplace.
Lido has more than 30 years of consulting, entrepreneurial, and executive leadership experience. Prior to Aminad, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Oceaneast Associates and Senior Director at Octo Consulting Group, helping both organizations manage periods of significant growth. Earlier in his career, Lido co-founded Censeo Consulting Group, serving as President from 2003 to 2013 and helping build the company from its inception into a nationally recognized management consulting firm. He began his career at American Management Systems and later worked at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Outside of his professional work, Lido serves as Vice Chair of the Board of We Rock Cancer and is an incoming Trustee of the Loyola Foundation. He is also the founder of Fight for the Brain, an annual fundraiser in memory of his father, benefiting the National Brain Tumor Society that has raised more than $660,000 for brain tumor research, advocacy, and patient support.
Lido earned his B.S. in Management Science (Decision Support Systems) from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business and his MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.
