Madeleine I. Breaux
Madeleine (Maddie) Breaux is an Associate Partner and Project Executive in IBM’s Federal Consulting Organization within the Enterprise Strategy Service Line. She brings over a decade of experience leading large-scale and complex consulting engagements for U.S. Federal clients.
Her diverse portfolio of projects includes work in policy development, artificial intelligence strategy, governance, resource advocacy, process improvement, strategic communications, legislative advisory, cybersecurity, organizational design, and other transformation activities.
Ms. Breaux specializes in client relationship management, business development, program and contract management, and people leadership. She is passionate about deeply understanding challenges within the Defense sector and building high-performing teams to help her clients achieve mission-critical objectives.
In June 2024, Ms. Breaux earned a M.S. in National Security and Resource Strategy from the Eisenhower School at National Defense University, where she was one of five Private Sector Fellows.
Ms. Breaux received her B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Tech, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Technology, and a minor in International Business. She was a founding member of Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business Recent Alumni Board.
She is a mentor for two nonprofit organizations: American Corporate Partners, where she coaches U.S. service members through their transition from the military to the private sector, and Streetwise Partners, where she helps members in underserved communities launch successful careers.
