Steve Matuszak

Biography

Steve was a lead trainer and eventually the executive director of CCTC, a Chicago Corporate Training Company, specializing in communication and organizational training with clients such as GE, Ford, GM, Daimler-Chrysler, U.S. Gov., McDonald’s, U.S. Army COE, HSBC Bank, and Pepsico.  He acquired advanced degrees from VT: 1) M.A. in Org. Communication; and 2) M.S. in Business Admin – HR MGT.  Steve has taught for VT’s Communication, Marketing, and Management Departments.  In addition to teaching, Steve has been working over the past few years to develop an approach to increasing Pamplin’s students’ communication skills along with educational assessment efforts. His passion lies in helping business students attain the necessary communication skills needed for success in the modern marketplace.

Outside of work, Steve loves spending time with his daughter, Eva, and his wife, Michelle, any kind of travel, and the performing arts.
