Biography
Bo Boylan, PhD, brings over 30 years combined industry experience to the Pamplin faculty. Prior to joining Pamplin he served as the Chief Commercial Officer of Solidia Technologies, a global sustainable building materials start up. He is also the founder and Managing Principle of the Employee Assessment Group (EAG), a boutique strategy and executive assessment consulting firm based in Charlotte, NC. Prior to his founding of EAG, he worked for Citigroup Venture Capital leading the commercial business functions of several of their portfolio companies. Earlier in his career he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Casco International, a publicly traded employee services firm.
Dr. Boylan also served on the faculty of the American Management Association, and the University of North Carolina system, creating and delivering executive leadership and corporate and continuing education courses in North America and Europe. He also was a guest lecturer at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. An experienced board director, he served on the boards of the Learning Station, Casco International, and currently serves on the board of CritiCore Protective Apparel.
